The landowner in the past has done a lot of work setting up this property for hunting. There are 3 elevated Redneck blinds setup over food plots. You are allowed to use them at own risk. You will be responsible if damaged. The food plots need reseeding (see pics). The landowner stated that the property owners on the border's trophy hunt only. The north border is Canada. The hunting lease is flat and has several established trails. The woods to the west switches to Hemlock. Landowner stated in past he saw quite a few turkeys on property as well. I saw a lot of deer sign on my inspection (see pics). This property would be in the wheelhouse for Vermont hunters as this hunting lease is less than 38 miles from Vermont border. You are allowed to use ATVs for hunting purposes. Camping is allowed. You must remove camper at end of deer season. Property is well posted. Great opportunity to hunt a potential trophy property already set-up with awesome elevated blinds. A little work on reseeding the food plots and you will pull the deer and turkey in the area!
